Collaborative Value Loop ("CVL," "we," "us") is operated by Peak Performance Products LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit collaborativevalueloop.com (the "Site").
Information we collect. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this Site. When you contact us via the "Discuss a Project" email link, you voluntarily provide your email address and any content you include in that message. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) to operate and secure the service.
How we use information. Email inquiries are used solely to respond to your request and evaluate potential engagements. Cloudflare server logs are used for security, performance, and abuse prevention. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention. Email correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain the business relationship or as required by law. Cloudflare server logs are retained per Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Your rights. You may request deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@collaborativevalueloop.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Children. This Site is not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes. We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date above.
